Trapped in a life he no longer recognizes, a burned-out office worker must confront the identity buried beneath years of routine, silence, and expectation.
Gary moves through each day on autopilot, cycling between a suffocating office, an empty apartment, and the quiet poems he keeps hidden in a diary. Although his boss praises him as indispensable, Gary feels increasingly estranged from the face in the mirror and the life he has built. Unexpected encounters begin to expose the cost of remaining inside a familiar box and offer glimpses of another way forward. Lost Under the Same Skin is an intimate, surreal drama about burnout, identity, and finding the courage to choose a life that feels like your own.
